This is Static. Hes basically a living TV.

He can play almost any internet video, or any show, and he can cut it down into bits. For example, he can play a guy shooting a gun, and the bullet will shoot out of his face. The only downside is that he cant move while doing this.

Somewhere in the universe, a tower is giving him this special ability.

His weak spot is the antenna, messing with it causes his signal to the tower to break up.

He likes mac and cheese.
