Unity sprites help

Hi so I am using the unity assets extract I manage to extract many images by exporting the texture formats to png but I got to the point where I wanted to export the particles and main characters but particles come out on pretty bad resolution and with no transparent background and the main characters come out as white pictures with transparency also the colors are in there as png images like palletes thanks!
