Nuhuh, this is pretty bad.

First off, The green guy looks like a green Shadow with Sonic's shoes on and an extra long bang on his forehead. The other red fox guy looked alright but there's more work that can be done on him.

Animation wise, it started off okay, until they actually started fighting. A lot of it felt pretty stiff and most of it seemed pretty lazy. Also, it looked like you attempted a reference to One Punch Man which if you did, then at least try to recreate it better instead of just flashing Death right before he punches. Honestly, a lot of this just seemed really lazy, and lazy animation is bad animation. You can do better dude.

I know I can do better, but don't underestimate the power of laziness...and tiredness. Most of the animation was not me being lazy, a friend of mine gave me those two characters and the green one did not have a hit effect so I just decided to make him way stronger than the red one that's why when the red one was punching him a lot in the sky and the green one didn't even budge, that was just showing how weak he is. The both of them jumping at the beginning and not making that sound effect was not of laziness it was on purpose cause I wanted to make sound effects after the beat drops (cause its good). Did I mention that both characters didn't have that much moves in the flash file? They didn't, that why it was bad. The broken eyes when the green one appears behind the red one was not laziness I was trying to fix it for an 1 hour, but I couldn't. The movements and moves and stuff that look like they would have sound effects did not have any cause I did not find any good sound effects to match with it. Also when the tapes slow down like that I was planning to do like a Chaos Control effect after the green one does that eye thing...yeah, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Last but not least, the One Punch Man reference I actually completely forgot the "Death" screen all I was able to remember was the word "Death", so that what I put. Also my Raunic v Sandbag was a lazy animation and It was not bad and so was Weird Sonic v. Sandbag.

How does the animation feel stiff? I tried my best to not make it feel stiff... Sad

Also no, I can't do better than this. Serious (Ignore what I just said at the beginning)

I spend 1 and a half days Non-stop making this so...not lazy... Sad

I'm gonna break your post up and respond to different parts so it's not all jumbled together.

Bruh, trust me, I know the power of laziness and tiredness. But isn't is so much more satisfying when you work through your tiredness and laziness to make something even better? Also, if you didn't have the hit pose then you could have made one yourself. Yeah it's difficult but it's what you need to do sometimes if you don't have all the proper poses already.

@SonicTFS wrote:The both of them jumping at the beginning and not making that sound effect was not of laziness it was on purpose cause I wanted to make sound effects after the beat drops (cause its good).

Yeah that was fine. I should have said some parts of your animation was lazy or halfway done.

@SonicTFS wrote:Did I mention that both characters didn't have that much moves in the flash file? They didn't, that why it was bad. The broken eyes when the green one appears behind the red one was not laziness I was trying to fix it for an 1 hour, but I couldn't.

The broken eyes thing was pretty strange. We actually have an Animation Help forum where you can post if you're having problems in Flash. You should at least try and post there before you decide to just keep the problem in there. But that sucks about the eye thing. Sometimes Flash can decide to screw ya over for no reason.

@SonicTFS wrote:The movements and moves and stuff that look like they would have sound effects did not have any cause I did not find any good sound effects to match with it.

Again we have a Sound Effects forum set up so that you can request the sounds you need if you can't find them. It's alright to ask for help as long as you try to find stuff on your own first too.

@SonicTFS wrote:Also when the tapes slow down like that I was planning to do like a Chaos Control effect after the green one does that eye thing...yeah, but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

This is something you could post to the Animation Help forum but if you shouldn't accept that you can't figure out how to do something. Some things just take longer and require more work to get done. Don't just give up cuz you can't figure it out. If you just give up then you won't get better.

@SonicTFS wrote:Last but not least, the One Punch Man reference I actually completely forgot the "Death" screen all I was able to remember was the word "Death", so that what I put.

Okay, that was just lazy. 1) It's lazy cuz you can easily find that scene on youtube if you search something like "one punch man death scene" and 2) if you couldn't remember then you should have just cut the "death" part out. If you half-ass something like that it just looks bad.

Well when the animation started off it wasn't stiff. It was pretty good tbh. Especially, when the red guy changes poses and you skew the sprite around and then resize it before he jumps off. That was good and you should be doing that throughout your animation.... but when the animation continued they were landing on the ground and you weren't skewing or resizing them, when the guy threw the tapes and they hit the ground, they just stopped moving instead of bouncing on the ground. And then at the end I'm not sure if the green guy stopped time or what but when he was hopping on the tapes it was a bit too quick and unnatural looking because you didn't ease any of the tweens there.

Lastly, yes, you can do better than this. Just don't give up so easily and ask for help when you need it. Also, remember to skew and resize your sprites to help with the fluidity of your animation and use easing on your tweens to help the motion feel more natural. Also, remember to slow down some of your actions here and there (the green guy jumping on the tapes) so that its easier for the viewers to see whats happening really.

Keep at it.

IN the process of making the animation I resized some stuff and when I was watching it...it kinda look like shit. But your right I should of skewed stuff.

And when the green guy stopped time that was where I was gonna put the Chaos Control effect.

Im pretty sure I eased the tweens there...maybe it was the vcam.
