in all honesty, for the love of god why the hell would you ask us an important question like this?

take a little time and research what countries hold the best music learning company's. it's just a simple search on google.

Saul, don't even start. If he wants to find a place to go he's actually going to have to RESEARCH. None of us here know anything about professional music so please don't start pushing him into the wrong direction.

to be honest I doubt your knowledge in music. I don't think france is a place to go for classical music, then again I wouldn't know. But I think you're just going on based on what you've seen in movies and what not.

No, learned it in Music of 2nd Grade.
I could also tell Italy, Germany, Austria is also one of the best places for classic musicians...
YES you're right, Toxic is the one who needs to decide but that doesn't mean i can't comment anything

He's doing electronic music and stuff. At least that's what I think. If that's the case, Europe is pretty much the most popular place to go for that. In terms of studying n crap, not too sure.

North Korea has good communist programs, you might want to try there.

I hear that dubstep has origins in the UK, wouldn't be too bad.

Japan got that good music. Learn some stuff from there.

No, the classical music center of the world is in Venice, Italy. Seriously, learn the history. Venice is the ideal place for classical composers. Ever since the old days when classical music was in it's prime composers such as Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven would compose music to be played in theaters everywhere...Anyways, if I were to be doing this at your age I'd probably just go to an English speaking country for one because then you're not handicapped by language. I'd probably go to the UK, France, or Italy since I hear that those places have extraordinary Study Abroad sessions.

Alternatively, I'd like to go to South Korea since video gaming is considered a social activity and highly looked upon in the culture there, unlike the US where people are only concerned with partying and going outside and stuff... -_-

Those are good. But compared to Shoji Meguro (Music developer of the Persona Franchise and others) those are ok at best.

In my opinion Sonic has the best music of any game franchise ever and noone will convince me otherwise.

It's pretty much the one thing that has been consistently amazing throughout the games (Save for Shadow the Hedgehog, arguably)

I find most Zelda music to be really forgettable. Most Zelda games' music is just there, with maybe one or two tracks that stand out (Song of Storms comes to mind)

Except Majora's Mask. that had a pretty amazing soundtrack.
