well i can talk for ages now, but work on that first.
there's always room for improvements though

When he's flying it all looks so...boring, try to add like a blur behind him or some alpha images even, he looks so weird just...flying lol

actually maybe instead of this slow flying make him fly really fast, like reloaded said, with blur.
cause it really looks boring and bad animated. you gotta put some more camera movements something that will make the one who watches it feel like he's in the animation.

I liked it but u must please give some kind of effect to his flight its seems so bland but good job

Search for sound effects other than DBZ. Seriously. Simply typing in "sound" on Sprite Database will give you giant heap of all the sounds you will ever need.

Also, the sound clips in that seemed cut off.
