Findsounds are for GENERAL sounds. You'll never find something like that there. Also yea it should be in the SSBB pack

Thanks. I found it. To help other members find it even more quickly here is the link for it:

Click 'View/Download' (On the right)
Once you've saved it to your computer, open the .zip file.
Click on 'snd_player_item'
Then scroll down to the second last file, 'snd_group_item' and click.
Scroll a little over halfway down and find, 'snd_se_item_Pokeball_open'
