Download malewarebytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

No viruses. Promise. This actually stops the virus from installing fully on your computer and like, gets it away.

Or you can do a system restore. What Narutal said. It really does get the virus out too.

If you don't have an antivirus in the first place you can download AVG for free and see if it can help with removing the virus.

I have AntiVirus plus, but I doubt KA would pay for it, you know?

Antivirus removes the virus completely. I have it. It is sexy.

I actually repair computers with my father, Malwarebytes like Ping said is the best course of action.
But also, if you can't install it without interference from the virus, hit f8 as you boot up and choose safe mode with networking. This will probably disable the virus long enough for you to install Malwarebytes, update it, and run it. Problem should be solved.

Avast and AVG are probably the best free antivirus software out there.
But if you don't use those, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE NORTON/MCAFEE/or randomly named software (Antivirus 2010) as they all suck. And the last one is actually a virus.

Weird. I use NOD here and my computer never got a virus. NOD actually deletes viruses way before they start attacking.

If that fails, well, my dad is a computer technician, so I have extra help lol

Its is rare that Norton actually works, but then you probably don't go on adult sites that are usually nesting grounds for viruses.
...Is that why you know so much about Malwarebytes Pingboy?

You're wrong about the Anti Virus 2010. It is one of those gaurantee programs that actually do the job. No joke. It does the job. But you are right about Norton and Mcafee. Whatever thats called.

...Is that why you know so much about Malwarebytes Pingboy?
Lmao...weirdly, no. Some damn virus was planted on my computer from visting a sprite site. I got on my Wii to find a solution. Found maleware-bytes and removed that mother-fucker. Months later another virus, which was a trojan horse, got onto my computer. I wasn't able to do school work, and the computer was SLOW as hell. I made a scan with Maleware-bytes. Went through safe-mode. Maleware-bytes prevented the trojan horse from installing, but there were still remains of the logs. Those contained viruses too. Maleware-bytes was unable to remove those, so I did a system restore. That made things a lot better, but to be completely sure about the tremendous event, I made a quick scan with Anti-Virus. It showed a trojan horse. Got rid of it, and things were back. Better, and faster.

Again. Anti-Virus is a good program, but you got to pay good money for it. It's worth it. CA Anti-Virus.

Yeah I don't go to those. But it's actually NOD, a antivirus created by ESET. Not Norton.
